According to the owner, initially, there were also incidents between cats and customers such as cats biting and scratching,... However, in that case, shop owners and employees must take appropriate measures such as taking care of cats more thoroughly, fully vaccinating, and visiting the clinic periodically. In addition, she also mentioned the initial difficulty of choosing cat breeds for business purposes. To maintain a stable and effective business with this model, owners need to have equipment and knowledge of cat breeds to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each type.

Thanks to her marketing knowledge, she has promoted her café on social networks and sells cat products such as cat sand, cat food, cat supplies, and equipment. Since then, the business has been based on money earned through social media and serving drinks at the bar to cover the costs of cats. From there, it is possible to balance the business and take care of and raise cats in the shop.

In the future, the owner also wants to improve the quality of café facilities, as well as expand the business into a place to the big distribute - provide food and household items for cats.
